We ate at I Hop this morning, the restaurant was not busy and we were seated quickly. Our waitress came to get our order (she was not proficient in understanding English). We had difficulty getting her to understand that we wanted bacon extra crispy. It was a fairly long wait to get our food (which was not hot) but tasted good. My husband wanted butter, we waited til about 1/2 way through our meal for our waitress to come by When we didn’t see her, we ask another waitress very politely ‘we were sorry to bother her but we didn’t see our waitress and could she get us butter). She never brought butter and our waitress finally came to our table with no butter and we had finished our meal-without extra butter One waitress had just finished waiting on the table across from us, and had been most inappropriate with them. She was very loud, came back to their table stating that their gift card didn’t have anything in it. The customer quietly told her that it did, she checked again and yelled from the cash register “y’all are good”. Very loud ! I would not recommend this restaurant because of servers not being trained well. Although price and amount of food was good. I would say that if definitely needs new management.

Excellent food and service. Love there omelet. And now they serve burgers and chicken have not tried the burger yet but I'm sure it will be good.

Our visit here was brief but nice. The girl at the hostess stand was ok. I believe you should be nice and courteous no matter how busy you are. She was chatting with another employee and seem indifferent to the fact that I was there. Our waitress, Nikki was wonderful. She made us feel welcome and important. She answered my questions regarding the food which was helpful. We got our food in a timely manner. It was warm and delicious! Nikki helped make our time here very pleasant!

My sister and I tried their new country breakfast thing and it was DELICIOUS! Plus you get a LOT of food!! My 2yrs old daughter shared my food and we STILL WAS ABLE TO TAKE A LOT BACK HOME! It came with about 4-6 bacon strips, 2 breakfast sausage links, a regular sausage quarted, hash brown (we substituted it for grits), eggs how you like it, 2 pancakes, and 4 pieces of toast! And a drink! Until they discontinue it I'm getting it EVERY TIME I go from now on!

I wish I remembered our server's name but she was incredibly nice and helpful and definitely had a positive impact on our experience! Food was delicious as well. No complaints from me.
